I have known Vanessa for years as a fearless leader who puts integrity at the core of her heart. She listen patiently without judgement when a voice needs to be heard, steps up when an action needs to be taken, and advocate for those whose concerns need to be addressed. She genuinely cares about the wellbeing of people around her and is  compassionate that people’s emotions resonate well with her. As a leader with integrity, she says what she means. Therefore, I always have faith in her words because I know her action is based on what IS right, not what LOOKS right.
