Please mark your calendars for a political forum with Congressman Bennie Thompson as speaker. The forum has been scheduled for May 15th @ 10:00 Olive Branch CourtHouse, 6900 Highland Street, Olive Branch, MS 38654.

Originally, this forum was scheduled for Olive Branch and Southaven candidates with another forum to be planned for Horn Lake and Walls candidates, but since Congressman Thompson will be in town – we wanted to invite all candidates.

Both Democratic and Independent candidates have been invited to this forum and we request that you confirm your attendance by Wednesday, May 5th so we can plan the program. If we do not hear from you – we will assume that you do not plan on attending. We will send you the questions in advance to assist you with your preparation.

Additionally, we will send a flyer to assist you with advertisement. This is an opportunity for you to invite your volunteers and supporters to hear Congressman Thompson and the candidates share their platforms. You will want to encourage your guests to arrive early as Congressman Thompson will meet & greet at 10:00 and speak for 30 minutes at 10:30 (and leave afterwards).
